Position Overview

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Property Analyst to join our Commercial Valuations team. This position will provide support through research, retrieval and maintenance of comprehensive and current property related data as well as general property valuations administrative support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Capture and present data in appropriate formats for further analysis and evaluation
  • Enter Valuation related data and details into the relevant systems
  • Undertake research of the property market
  • Undertake property related data searches to support the preparation of Valuation reports
  • General property valuations administration support

Position Requirements

  • Completing or completed tertiary qualifications in Property or a related discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent research and data analysis capability
  • Disciplined and organised with high level attention to detail
  • Desire to develop skills and knowledge
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements
  • Strong interest in property and the property market
