From humble beginnings, Charter Keck Cramer has grown substantially through a diversification of services and a commitment to strong client relationships. We learned through challenges along the way, setting up foundations that we still live and breathe today and every day.
Where it all started?
The firm was founded in suburban Melbourne by Scott Keck in 1970, established as a real estate valuations business. In the late 1970s, Philip Cramer joined forces with Scott Keck, and as the demand for valuations in Melbourne surged, the firm experienced steady growth throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
By the late 1990s, the firm diversified its operations, establishing independent Research and Quantity Surveying business units.
