Charter Keck Cramer is a strategic property advisory firm, employing over 150 employees throughout its Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Singapore offices. The firm provides a wide range of property services across Advisory, Research, Valuations, Projects and Capital.

Position Overview

Charter Keck Cramer is seeking to appoint a Marketing and Office Assistant, part time (3 days per week), to provide marketing and office support across the organisation. Based in Melbourne, this position offers diversity of responsibility and exposure to various aspects of the business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Marketing reporting: report on marketing analytics and statistics
  • Marketing administration: manage marketing checklists, news and events inbox, CV’s, business cards, capability statements and distribute articles 
  • Communication and content management: maintain client database, develop company EDM’s, create and update website and intranet content
  • Client services: receive and re-direct calls and greet clients 
  • Office management: maintain office upkeep; stationery and office supplies 
  • Event coordination: support with internal and external events and functions 
  • Provide general administration and operations support, as required 

Position Requirements

  • Completing or completed tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline 
  • Previous experience in a property or professional services environment beneficial
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and a confident user of technology 
  • Strong articulate verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritise to meet deadlines 
  • Concern for high quality standards with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and assist and develop skills and knowledge
