Aaron Stortenbeker | Senior Valuer – Residential Development Valuations

Aaron Stortenbeker is a Senior Valuer at Charter Keck Cramer, working within the Residential Development Projects Valuations team and based in the firm’s Gold Coast office. Aaron brings a diverse professional background, with experience spanning small business ownership, not-for-profit and charity management, and the education sector, providing him with a well-rounded and practical perspective on property valuation.

Aaron specialises in Residential Development Projects, providing valuation advice for mortgage security, financial reporting, stamp duty and GST / taxation purposes, as well as project feasibility analysis. His expertise extends across a range of development asset classes including apartment and townhouse projects, land subdivisions and greenfield sites. Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Newcastle, along with a Postgraduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development from Bond University. He is a Certified Practising Valuer registered with the Queensland Valuers Registration Board and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
