Bradley Papworth is a National Executive Director and leads the Melbourne Residential Subdivision Valuation Practice Group and is a member of the Board of Directors. Bradley has been a practicing valuer at Charter Keck Cramer for over 35 years and in 1996 formed the specialty Residential Subdivision Valuation department.
Bradley has been involved in all aspects of property valuation including strategic development, compensation, site acquisition and disposal, statutory rating, market identification and demand analysis, feasibility analysis, mortgage valuation and property market commentary.
Bradley is driven to help his colleagues gain the best understanding of property markets. He is an active participant in the broader property market community and regularly presents to industry groups, sharing his insights and helping others learn more about how the markets function, latest trends and developments.
Bradley holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
