Christopher Sutton is a National Director at Charter Keck Cramer, specialising in large scale Residential Development and Land Subdivision valuations and consultancy within metropolitan Sydney and throughout regional New South Wales.
Christopher is passionate about development and brings over three decades of property industry experience across the Australasian markets. He has a diverse background that includes extensive property valuation experience (all sectors), development feasibility analysis, construction management, civil / structural engineering, as well as integrated funds management.
Christopher has held senior management positions in a number of the major agency companies as well as being a Fund Manager at Multiplex Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Valuations and Property Management) and a Finance Diploma (International Banking and Investment Finance) from Massey University and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute
Christopher is an enthusiastic cyclist and has been an active member of the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) assisting in the organisation of the annual charity cycling event.
