Anthony Rohan is an Executive Director at Charter Keck Cramer. With an impressive tenure spanning 36 years, he has carved a niche within Melbourne’s property valuation landscape. His journey began in 1986 with the firm, steadily ascending the ranks to Associate Director by 1995 and ultimately assuming the role of Director in 1997.
Anthony’s specialisation includes medium density residential and mixed-use towers in the CBD, City core, Southbank, St Kilda Road and Docklands; boutique high end apartment projects within the inner urban and city fringe of Melbourne; the valuation of prestige high value residential houses in Toorak and premium estates in other sections of the Municipality of Stonnington, and general litigation, family law and property dispute valuation advice and expert witness evidence.
Anthony holds an Associate Diploma of Valuations from RMIT University and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
