Scott Braid | Director of Prestige Residential Valuations

Scott Braid is the Director of Prestige Residential Valuations New South Wales, based in Charter Keck Cramer’s Sydney office.

With over 17 years’ experience in property valuation, Scott specialises in the prestige residential market in metropolitan Sydney.

Prior to joining Charter Keck Cramer, Scott held senior roles within both global and domestic property advisory and valuation firms. Scott has completed valuations for all major Australian financial institutions for mortgage security purposes and is regularly engaged to provide valuations for family law, litigation, stamp duty, pre-purchase and other advisory requirements. Scott is a Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
