Position Overview
Charter Keck Cramer is seeking a full time Consultant to support our Research team in Melbourne. Reporting to the National Executive Director, this position will undertake a variety of consulting tasks including the production of high-quality reports.
Core Responsibilities
- Undertake comprehensive and innovative research and analysis to assist the team in delivering robust evidence-based advice to clients
- Provide critical thinking and analysis on a range of qualitative and quantitative data sources and information
- Prepare and develop high quality, comprehensive written reports, presentations, and other outputs
- Attend client briefings, document project parameters and provide ongoing consultation including in relation to timeframes.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Continue to develop property market knowledge and remain abreast of current financial and economic developments.
Position Requirements
- Qualifications in Property, Economics or a related degree
- Experience in a Property, Economics or Planning consulting environment
- Extensive understanding of the national property market and its sub sectorsÂ
- Excellent property market research and data analysis capability
- Experience in client facing roles (internal & external)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Disciplined and organised with strong attention to detail
