Charter Keck Cramer is an independent property advisory firm, engaging 150 employees across our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Singapore offices. We provides a wide range of property services across Advisory, Valuations, Research, Projects and Capital. 

Position Overview

We are seeking a full time or part time (4 days) Property Analyst to support the Advisory team in Sydney. Reporting to the National Director, this position will support the delivery of strategic property advisory outcomes, underpinned by comprehensive research and analysis.

Core Responsibilities

  • Data entry to portfolio management systems
  • Conduct research and market analysis
  • Assist with the preparation of highest and best use options analysis
  • Prepare financial analysis using existing templates
  • Review and interpret tenant leases and other transaction documents
  • Undertake property portfolio reviews
  • Assist with transaction management for freehold divestment and joint ventures
  • Support the acquisition process for the procurement of accommodation
  • Assist with the development of client reports and presentations
  • Assist with the drafting of proposals for issue to clients

Position Requirements

  • Undertaking (final year) or completed tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Project Management or Construction-related disciplines
  • Foundation knowledge of the national property market and its sub-sectors 
  • Understanding of valuation methodologies and metrics
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe skills
  • Property related experience (including valuations) beneficial but not essential
