Position Overview

Charter Keck Cramer’s Residential Development Valuation group has a unique opportunity for a Director to join their team in Brisbane. This position will undertake development valuations including townhouse, apartment and mixed use, in addition to specialised projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client relationships to support workflow
  • Compile high quality Valuation reports
  • Pursuit of client relationships to generate new business
  • Manage and mentor the Residential Development Valuation team
  • Identify risk and maintain compliance with industry standards
  • Promote and market the Charter Keck Cramer brand and Valuation business

Position Requirements

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) Qualification
  • API Membership and certificate of compliance
  • VRBQ Registration
  • Residential Development Valuation experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Concern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent work organisation and ability to meet deadlines
