Position Overview
Charter Keck Cramer’s Valuation team in Broadbeach, has an exciting opportunity for a Valuer or Senior Valuer to join their growing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will undertake Commercial Valuations, across a range of commercial assets.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to quote requests and communicate process and timeframes
- Complete onsite inspections, including appropriate record keeping
- Compile comprehensive Valuation reports, supported by appropriate commentary, research and analysis
- Identify and develop client relationships to generate new business, whilst maintaining existing relationships
- Identify risk and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Promote and market the Charter brand and Valuation’s business
Position Requirements
- Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV)
- API membership and current certificate of compliance
- 1-4 years commercial valuation experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Concern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detail
- Commercial astute and client focused
- Strong interpersonal and business development skills
