Position Overview
Charter Keck Cramer is seeking a part time Accounts Receivable Officer to join its Finance team in Melbourne. This position is required to work 4-5 days per week, 4-5 hours per day (flexible hours) and is responsible for providing timely and accurate receivables management of inbound payments, including collection of overdue client payments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Receipting client payments and investigation as required
- Management of debt collections including client communication
- Preparation of daily bank reconciliation
- Reconciliation of client accounts and resolution of discrepancies
- Provision of accounts receivable reporting
- Contribution to process improvements including system updates
- Overflow support for end of month activities as required
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable position, preferably within professional services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Netsuite experience beneficial
