Tom Byrnes | Director of Advisory

Tom Byrnes is a Director at Charter Keck Cramer, working in Advisory with a focus on the Victorian market. Tom provides property solutions to a diverse range of clients in the areas of transaction structuring and divestment management, highest and best use analysis, joint venture / project delivery agreements, property portfolio reviews as well as accommodation procurement and acquisition due diligence.

Tom has considerable experience in providing strategies for private and public organisations and negotiating on a client’s behalf across a broad range of properties and markets. Tom also has considerable valuations experience, having started his career at Charter Keck Cramer part of the Prestige Residential and Projects Valuation team. Tom is a Certified Practicing Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
