Sufian Sulaiman is a Director in Charter Keck Cramer’s Quantity Surveying team and has been with the firm since 2015. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Sufian brings a strong track record in cost management and project delivery across a broad range of sectors and project scales.
Sufian’s career spans both Australia and Asia, including four years with a leading Quantity Surveying practice in Singapore, where he worked on several high-profile projects including the Indian Heritage Centre Museum. His expertise includes cost planning and modelling, feasibility studies, estimating, life-cycle costing, tender evaluation, value management, insurance replacement valuations and full post-contract services including variation assessments and financial reporting.
He has contributed to the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects including commercial offices, hospitality, infrastructure, master planned communities, education, industrial, aged care, childcare, residential developments, heritage restorations, community buildings and subdivisions.
In addition to his Quantity Surveying background, Sufian has also practised as a Project Manager, notably leading the refurbishment and redevelopment of a Melbourne CBD hotel as the principal consultant and project lead.
Sufian holds a Bachelor of Science (Project & Facilities Management) from the National University of Singapore. He is a Certified Quantity Surveyor and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).
