Shaun Golden is the Managing Director | Queensland and is responsible for Charter Keck Cramer’s Queensland operations, in addition to being an active member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Shaun is an experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in property consultancy, advisory and valuation. He has built a strong track record in the residential development sector, specialising in land subdivision and multi-staged townhouse projects.
Shaun specialises across various aspects of property valuation including mortgage valuations, financial reporting, Stamp Duty and GST / taxation valuations, resumption matters, project feasibility analysis, as well as acquisition, disposal and due diligence.
Shaun holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of Western Sydney and a Post Graduate Diploma (Applied Finance) from Queensland University of Technology. Shaun is a Certified Practicing Valuer registered with Queensland Valuers Registration Board and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
