Peter Kirkpatrick is a National Director at Charter Keck Cramer. He specialises in property divestment strategies, transaction and development advisory, preparing highest and best use studies and corporate accommodation studies.
Peter possesses specific development management expertise have worked on brownfield urban renewal and master planning projects within the telecommunications, industrial, office, retail and transit-oriented sectors.
Peter is passionate in delivering outcomes for clients by maximising the capital value that can be unlocked from heavily encumbered real estate by way of site remediation, master planning and rezoning. He assists clients in understanding their future accommodation requirements and developing delivery strategies, which may include client or developer design, construct, own and operate models, depending on the long-term operating environment for the organisation.
Peter commenced his career as a Quantity Surveyor in 1985, working for 20 years in various small to medium practices alongside some the industry’s most respected individuals. In 2004, he shifted into project, development and transaction management roles.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Construction Economics and Graduate Diploma in Project Management from RMIT University. Outside of the workplace, Peter’s passions include his family, skiing, camping and travel.
