Gerard Righetti is a Director at Charter Keck Cramer, having commenced with the firm in 1997, contributing as a Valuer since achieving his qualification in 2000. Gerard is part of the Melbourne Prestige Residential & Projects Valuation Practice Group and specialises in property valuation and real estate consultancy.
In pursuit of international experience, Gerard briefly left Charter Keck Cramer in 2004 to lend his expertise to a property advisory firm in London. His enriching tenure overseas concluded with his return to Charter Keck Cramer in late 2005, armed with a diverse perspective and extended skill set.
Gerard’s area of professional expertise is the residential sector, with a key focus on the development market, providing specialist development advisory to Australia’s leading financial institutions, high net worth individuals, private and public development entities and government agencies. Areas of specialisation include formal valuation reporting and analysis for medium and high density residential and mixed-use development sites and projects, development advisory, development feasibility analysis, pre-project due diligence, and valuation reporting to major financial institutions.
Gerard holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
