Amanda brings more than 20 years’ experience across the property industry and provides strategic advice to government, institutional and private sector clients, with deep capability spanning commercial, retail and industrial markets.

Amanda is highly regarded for her ability to originate and steward long‑term client relationships, delivering commercially grounded insights that support confident, evidence‑based decision‑making. Her expertise includes transaction management, accommodation strategy, procurement and lease negotiation, feasibility analysis, and the alignment of property solutions with broader organisational objectives.

Known for her strategic insight, commercial acumen and collaborative approach, Amanda contributes to the firm’s national advisory capability and is committed to strengthening Charter Keck Cramer’s role as a trusted partner across the ACT and beyond.

Amanda holds a Certificate IV in Property Services, is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Laws, further enhancing the analytical rigour she brings to complex advisory matters. Amanda is also a member of the Property Council of Australia ACT’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, contributing to industry-wide initiatives that support a more inclusive and representative property sector.
