Heidi Moore is the Head of People & Culture at Charter Keck Cramer. Heidi is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, in addition to assuming responsibility for all aspects of the people and culture function.
Heidi has over 20 years’ experience working in people and culture, primarily within the Australian property industry, having previously held the role of National Human Resources Manager in a corporate property organisation for 7 years. Heidi has strategic and operational experience, working across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition and retention, performance management, professional development, remuneration and reward, employee relations and workplace health and safety.
Heidi is the Chair of the company’s Workplace Health & Safety Committee and is a member of the company’s Remuneration Committee and Environmental, Social & Governance Committee.
