Charter Keck Cramer is pleased to announce three new appointments within our Valuations team, reinforcing our commitment to continued growth along Australia’s eastern seaboard.
Andrew Berwick joins as Director, based in Brisbane, specialising in Residential Development Valuations. With extensive experience across a broad range of asset classes and having held senior roles at several major national property firms, Berwick brings a wealth of technical and market knowledge. Notably, he spent the past three years in a Development Manager role with a private property group, gaining valuable insight into the development lifecycle, an experience that now uniquely enhances his return to the valuation profession.
Michael Holt joins as Senior Valuer, specialising in Residential Development Valuations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Holt has built a diverse background across residential, commercial and industrial valuations, though his core interest and focus remains in residential development, an area where he brings considerable expertise.
In Sydney, Michael Murray joins as Associate Director, specialising in Residential Development Valuations. With over a decade of experience at a well-regarded national valuation firm, Murray has developed strong technical expertise in residential and residential development valuations, with some exposure to commercial sectors.
