Brendan Woolley is a Director at Charter Keck Cramer, overseeing the Sydney Research team, whilst also working across Valuation and Advisory service lines.

Brandan is a Certified Practicing Valuer and has over 25 years’ experience working across major development advisory, property market research and valuation engagements for corporate, institutional and government clients across various sectors nationally.

Brendan has a multidisciplinary approach to property, providing market-based intelligence to deliver strategic property solutions with a particular focus on residential, commercial and industrial market sectors.  Brendan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics) from the University of Western Sydney, and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
