Jim Paxinos is a Director in Charter Keck Cramer’s Commercial Valuations Practice Group, based in Sydney. He joined the firm in early 2023 and brings over 21 years of experience in the property industry, including more than a decade specialising in commercial valuations.
Jim has extensive expertise in the valuation and rental assessment of industrial, commercial and retail properties across metropolitan Sydney and its surrounding regions. His work spans a wide range of purposes including pre-purchase and disposal advice, feasibility analysis, Just Terms Compensation, receivership valuations, rental determinations and submissions.
Jim’s background also includes several years in residential valuations, providing a well-rounded perspective that enhances his commercial work.
He holds a Master of Property Development and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Valuation from TAFE NSW. He is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
