He has overseen the delivery of many projects in various property sectors including office, health, residential, hotel, retail, education and industrial.
Chris, a trusted advisor, offers building development solutions across the entire project lifecycle, assisting high end property developers. Chris is adept at facilitating the acquisition of required approvals from both State and Local Governments to initiate construction. This also includes assisting in securing approvals related to development, operational work, building codes, and project particulars. Additionally, Chris ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget constraints, and to high-quality standard. Chris is experienced in managing the contractor selection and tendering process, identifying cost savings and efficiencies where possible.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT University.
