Jessica has more than 15 years’ experience providing trusted valuation and strategic property advice to a broad range of private, institutional, and public sector clients. Her expertise predominantly centres on the Victorian and Western Australian markets, although she operates on a national scale to assist large portfolio clients.
Jessica specialises in transaction structuring and divestment management, highest and best use and options analysis including detailed development feasibility and financial analysis, property portfolio reviews, accommodation procurement by way of lease negotiation and acquisition, pre-purchase due diligence and valuation assessments.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University of Technology. She is a Certified Practicing Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Jessica is a member of the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
