Mark Willers is a National Director at Charter Keck Cramer specialising in commercial valuations, including the valuation of commercial, industrial, and retail assets, in the New South Wales market and beyond.
Mark has more than 20 years’ experience across various sectors in both London UK, Sydney CBD, metropolitan Sydney and regional New South Wales. Mark has provided valuations and consultancy for various purposes including mortgage security, financial reporting, acquisition and disposal, Just Terms compensation, feasibility and negotiation. Mark’s clients include lenders as well as the private, institutional and government sectors, including Government agencies.
Mark is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has previously sat on committees for RICS relating to sustainability and the valuation of commercial property, including co-authoring a guidance note on that topic. Mark works closely with the University of Technology Sydney and is a member of the Sustainable Temporary Adaptive Reuse (STAR) working group which is tackling vacancy and underutilisation in Sydney’s commercial sector.
Before joining Charter Keck Cramer in 2022, Mark worked for Acumentis and CBRE with a strong focus on client engagement and the commercial sectors.
