Peter Hutchins is the Chief Executive of Charter Keck Cramer. Peter has been instrumental in transforming the company from a modest Melbourne-based valuation practice, to a diversified independent property advisory company with offices across Australia and in Singapore.
In his role as Chief Executive, Peter brings more than three decades experience and a deep connection to the property industry coalface. Articulate, strategically minded and solutions driven, his nationwide and sector-wide knowledge is a constant source of incisive decision support.
Peter specialises in providing property solutions to the private, institutional and government sectors in the areas of investment, development, advisory portfolio management and strategic planning.
With more than 30 years’ property experience, Peter is a senior advisor to corporates, governments and the private sector on complex property and portfolio matters. He possesses national experience and international engagements into Canada and the United Kingdom.
Personally, Peter’s focus shifts to his family and global weather patterns in preparation for his next big wave surfing adventure.
