Tom Byrnes is a Director at Charter Keck Cramer, working within Advisory with a focus on the Victorian market. Tom provides property solutions to a diverse range of clients in the areas of transaction structuring and divestment management, highest and best use analysis, joint venture / project delivery agreements, property portfolio reviews as well as accommodation procurement and acquisition due diligence.
Tom has considerable experience in providing strategies to private and public organisations and negotiating on a client’s behalf across a broad range of properties and markets. Tom also has considerable valuations experience, having started his career at Charter Keck Cramer part of the Residential Prestige & Projects Valuation team.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce (International Business, Marketing and International Management) and Master’s Degree, Graduate Diploma of Property from Deakin University. Tom is a Certified Practicing Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
