Terry Dwyer is a Director at Charter Keck Cramer. Terry joined the firm in 2015 and has over 10 years’ experience in property consultancy and valuation. He has experience in the valuation of a variety of property types across the Office and Industrial sector.
Prior to joining Charter Keck Cramer, Terry gained a wide range of property experience working for two national valuation firms. Terry specialises in the Melbourne CBD and suburban commercial markets, car dealerships, strata office market and industrial.
Terry provides advice to major financial institutions, lessors and lessees, passive investors, prospective purchasers and vendors, developers and statutory authorities on both market value and rental value for various purposes.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of Queensland, an Associate Diploma of Engineering (Surveying) from RMIT University and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
