Taylor Hine is a Senior Valuer at Charter Keck Cramer working within Valuations as part of the Industrial team, based in our Melbourne office. Taylor joined the firm in June 2019 as an Assistant Valuer in the Health and Childcare team before moving to the Industrial team in January 2022.
Taylor specialises in office/warehouse facilities, childcare centres and medical centres, along with cash flow and development feasibility analysis. This blend of industrial and healthcare experience gives him a broad understanding of specialised and investment-grade assets.
Taylor has valued multiple industrial, medical and childcare investment portfolios, as well as a number of medical and childcare centre developments. He has also undertaken several real estate agency rent roll valuations.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation) and is a Certified Practising Valuer and Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API).
