Scott Braid is the Director of Prestige Residential Valuations New South Wales, based in Charter Keck Cramer’s Sydney office.
Scott is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with over 17 years’ experience in property valuation, specialising in the prestige residential market in metropolitan Sydney.
Prior to joining Charter Keck Cramer, Scott held senior roles within both global and domestic property advisory and valuation firms. Scott has completed valuations for all major Australian financial institutions for mortgage security purposes and is regularly engaged to provide valuations for family law, litigation, stamp duty, pre-purchase and other advisory requirements.
Together with a passion for property, Scott has a sharp focus on accuracy and quality, and consistently delivers superior outcomes for clients through his strong analytical skills, attention to detail, well established industry relationships, and long-standing experience.
Scott holds an Advanced Diploma of Property Valuation from Sydney Institute of TAFE.
