Robert Jansen is an Associate Director at Charter Keck Cramer working within Valuations as part of the Residential Subdivisions team, based in our Melbourne office. Robert joined the firm in 2019, initially specialising in residential and mixed-use infill projects and prestige residential property, before moving into the residential subdivisions sector.
Robert’s work centres on master planned estates and englobo land across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. His advice includes project feasibility studies, valuation, acquisition advice, statutory assessment reviews and site selection assignments. Robert also specialises in ‘in use’ golf course valuations.
Robert has valued or advised on numerous master planned estates across Melbourne’s northern, western and south-eastern growth corridors, regional Victoria and the NSW-VIC border region, as well as metropolitan and coastal golf courses. His clients include financial institutions, investors, developers, vendors and prospective purchasers.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Environments and a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation from the University of Melbourne. He is a Certified Practising Valuer and Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API).
