Nick Ashton is the Managing Director | Victoria and is responsible for leading Charter Keck Cramer’s Victorian team to drive business strategy and operations, in addition to being an active member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Nick has over 20 years’ experience across property advisory, operations, strategy development and people engagement. His technical expertise spans various sectors including private and public markets, not-for-profit, unlisted and institutional capital markets and corporate strategy.
Nick has held multiple key roles across Charter Keck Cramer’s diversified business units. Having previously served as Chair of the company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, Nick has long demonstrated a commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. He continues to advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives both within the company and across the broader property industry. Through his involvement with the Property Council of Australia’s Victorian Division Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, Nick contributes to shaping an industry that welcomes and supports individuals from all backgrounds, perspectives and identities. Passionate about the development of people, he empowers individuals to be their authentic selves, helping to cultivate high-performing teams that contribute to the overall success of the company.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
