Natasha Rabbidge is a Senior Valuer at Charter Keck Cramer working within Valuations as part of the Residential Development team, based in our Brisbane office.
Natasha specialises in residential development, providing mortgage valuations for financial institutions and valuations for accounting and financial reporting purposes. She undertakes valuations on both an ‘as is’ and ‘as if complete’ basis, incorporating project feasibility analysis, across land subdivision, apartment and townhouse projects and development sites.
Natasha’s area of focus spans metropolitan and Greater Brisbane, including the Moreton Bay, Ipswich, Logan, Scenic Rim, Lockyer Valley and Toowoomba regions. She advises financial institutions, funds, developers, vendors and prospective purchasers.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate and Development) from the University of Queensland. She is a Certified Practising Valuer registered in Queensland and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API).
