Jesse Brunt is a Senior Valuer at Charter Keck Cramer, working within the Commercial Valuations team and based in the Sydney office. Jesse commenced his property career in 2019 and joined the firm in mid-2022, specialising in commercial property valuations.
Jesse specialises in industrial, retail and office property valuations across metropolitan Sydney, with experience extending to Newcastle and Wollongong for larger engagements. He undertakes valuations and advisory assignments across a broad range of asset types and values, for purposes including mortgage security, financial reporting, acquisition and disposal, strategic property advice, rental reviews and submissions, feasibility analysis and negotiations.
Jesse’s experience includes valuations of individual assets and portfolios, pre-acquisition due diligence, rental assessments and strategic advisory engagements across a range of commercial property sectors. His work encompasses industrial assets, retail properties, CBD and suburban office buildings and quick service restaurant portfolios.
Jesse holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation) (Honours) and is a Certified Practising Valuer and Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API).
