Harry Davidson is an Associate Director in the Retail and Office Valuations team at Charter Keck Cramer, based in the Brisbane office. He joined the firm in 2018, having previously worked for one of Australia’s largest valuation firms, and has more than 10 years’ valuation experience across South East Queensland’s retail, medical and office markets.
Harry specialises in retail centres, large format retail, medical assets, office buildings and mixed-use developments. His experience ranges from single-tenant investments, including strata units, quick service restaurants and ground lease sites, through to multi-tenanted neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres and development sites.
Harry provides valuation advice to major financial institutions, including Big Four and second-tier banks, as well as property developers and fund managers. His work extends to pre-purchase advice, valuations for superannuation, taxation and financial reporting purposes, alternate use assessments, project feasibility analysis, market rent assessments, and resumption and compensation matters.
Harry holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology. He is a Registered Valuer in Queensland, a Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API).
