Harrison Barlow is a Senior Valuer at Charter Keck Cramer working within Valuations as part of the Residential Subdivisions team, based in the firm’s Melbourne office. Harrison joined the firm in October 2021 as an Assistant Valuer in Residential Valuations, specialising in prestige residential and residential development, including townhouses, apartments, student accommodation, NDIS housing, serviced apartments and rural lifestyle properties.
Harrison now specialises in development valuations, including master planned estates, inglobo land, rural lifestyle land and rural development land. He brings a valuable combination of property expertise and technical capability: during a 12-month IT secondment within the firm from early 2024, he continued valuation work while helping the technology team rebuild the financial modelling for commercial valuations and develop the Propedia database.
Harrison’s recent valuations include master planned estates across Melbourne’s northern, western and south-eastern growth corridors, the Geelong region, and regional Victorian centres along the Murray and Goulburn Valley.
Harrison holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation) (Honours) from RMIT University. He is a Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API).
