Fraser Bentley is a property valuation specialist with 30 years’ experience across the Australian property market. As a contractor to Charter Keck Cramer, Fraser provides mortgage security valuations of data centres and healthcare assets, including private hospitals nationally, and undertakes commercial property valuations across Queensland.
Fraser has deep expertise in data centres valuations and is regarded as one of Australia’s leading data centre valuers, having valued and advised on assets for major operators and owners across the country since 2007. He also brings extensive experience in healthcare and private hospital portfolios, alongside a strong background in commercial office property, particularly across Brisbane’s CBD, near-city and regional Queensland markets.
Throughout his career, Fraser has held senior roles within some of Australia’s major property organisations before establishing his own property valuation and advisory firm in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) from Queensland University of Technology and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI), with valuer registration in Queensland and Western Australia.
