Charlotte Gelber is a Senior Valuer at Charter Keck Cramer working within Valuations as part of the Commercial (Retail) team, based in our Melbourne office. Charlotte joined the firm in 2021 after working as an investment analyst, bringing an investor’s perspective to her valuation work.
Charlotte specialises in commercial retail valuations, providing formal reporting and analysis primarily across metropolitan Melbourne. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of retail assets, including strip retail, shopping centres, large format retail, quick service restaurants, supermarkets and motor vehicle dealerships.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Management and Investment from Edinburgh Napier University. She is a Certified Practising Valuer and Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API).
