Andrew Foti is a Senior Valuer at Charter Keck Cramer working within Valuations as part of the Prestige Residential & Residential Development team, based in our Melbourne office. Andrew joined the firm in 2021 and specialises in prestige residential housing, mixed-use projects and development site valuations in Stonington.
Andrew provides formal valuation reporting and analysis on medium to high value prestige homes, as well as low to medium density residential and mixed-use developments. His expertise includes pre-project due diligence, pre-purchase advice, and cash flow and development feasibility analysis for mortgage purposes. He also prepares sworn valuations for capital gains tax, transfer of land and probate purposes.
Andrew advises a broad client base of financial institutions, investors, developers, vendors and prospective purchasers, providing clear, evidence-based advice to support lending, acquisition and development decisions.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation) (Honours) from RMIT University and is a Certified Practising Valuer and Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API).
