Rebecca Rooney is an Associate at Charter Keck Cramer working within Advisory as part of the New South Wales team, based in our Sydney office.
Rebecca has over 8 years’ experience in commercial real estate across Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. She advises corporate occupiers and government agencies on real estate strategy and transaction management.
While based in Sydney, she works across Australia and New Zealand for large portfolio clients. Her expertise spans end-to-end transaction management, portfolio management and strategy, accommodation strategy and procurement, lease and make good negotiations, occupancy cost modelling, and portfolio integration following mergers and acquisitions. She also has specialist experience in airport real estate across both markets.
Before moving to Australia in 2022, Rebecca advised private and corporate property owners and investment funds across office, industrial, retail and residential assets.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of International Commerce from the University of Galway and completed an apprenticeship in Auctioneering and Property Services. She is a Candidate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
