Michael Holt is an Associate Director at Charter Keck Cramer working within Valuations as part of the Residential Development team, based in our Brisbane office. Michael joined the firm in May 2025 and has more than 10 years’ valuation experience across the residential development, commercial (office and retail), industrial and residential sectors.
Michael specialises in the residential development market across Southeast Queensland. His expertise includes mortgage valuations for financial institutions, valuations for construction and development finance, and valuations for financial reporting, disposal and advisory purposes, covering land subdivisions, apartment and townhouse projects, and englobo land.
Michael provides property advice and valuations to financial institutions, funds, developers, vendors, purchasers, and government and not-for-profit organisations.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate and Development) from the University of Queensland. He has been a Certified Practising Valuer since 2015, registered in Queensland, and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (API).
