Andrew Fyfe is a Consultant at Charter Keck Cramer working within Research, based in our Melbourne office. Andrew joined the firm in 2025, bringing more than 10 years’ experience across the property industry in both the public and private sectors.
Andrew specialises in strategic research and data analytics, providing strategic development advice, bespoke qualitative and quantitative research, market testing, target market identification, and policy impact analysis. His property research spans residential, retail, commercial, industrial, retirement and aged care, and specialised markets, including highest and best use assessments. He is also skilled in demand modelling, demographic and housing market analysis and data curation.
Andrew has worked alongside valuers, developers, consultants and data scientists on assets ranging from apartments and houses to industrial warehouses and offices. He has personally inspected around 80% of all apartment buildings completed in the City of Melbourne before 2018, managed multi-million-dollar projects, and prepared Built to Rent tenant profiling reports for clients.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma (Valuations) from RMIT University.
