Henry Lee is an Associate Director in Charter Keck Cramer’s Prestige Residential & Residential Development valuation team, based in Melbourne. Henry specialises in prestige residential property and residential development projects, with a particular focus on the Mornington Peninsula where he resides, keeping him closely connected to the local market.
Henry has worked in property valuation since 2004. Before joining Charter Keck Cramer in February 2023, he ran his own valuation practice for nine years, building in-depth market knowledge across the Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Ranges. He works with a wide range of clients, including lenders, private clients and their advisers, and government bodies. His work covers valuations for lending, taxation, private advisory, family law, financial reporting and compulsory acquisition purposes. Over his career, his experience has also extended to subdivision and unit developments, rural, industrial, commercial, retail and hospitality assets.
This combination of business ownership and valuation expertise allows him to deliver commercially grounded advice to clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) with Distinction from RMIT University and is a Certified Practising Valuer and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).
