Nicolo Traverso is a Data & Analytics Manager in Charter Keck Cramer’s Research team, where he plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s research data footprint through advanced analytics and technical solutions.
Nicolo has extensive experience researching the Australian apartment market, with a strong focus on economic, socio-demographic and property trends, changes and growth. His work supports evidence-based insights across the business, translating complex data into meaningful analysis for clients and internal stakeholders.
He has contributed to the design, analysis and ongoing maintenance of the Research team’s spatial and relational databases, and undertakes detailed data analysis to support the Consulting team’s analytical and advisory projects.
Nicolo’s discipline specialisations include data analysis and data strategy, data engineering, and data presentation. His expertise also spans spatial analysis, housing analysis, property research and demographic analysis.
He holds a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from RMIT University, completed in 2020, and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne (2019) and the University of Western Australia (2018).
