Sufian Sulaiman is a Director in Charter Keck Cramer’s Quantity Surveying team and has been with the firm since 2015. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Sufian brings a strong track record in cost management and project delivery across a broad range of sectors and project scales.
Sufian’s career spans both Australia and Asia, including four years with a leading Quantity Surveying practice in Singapore, where he worked on several high-profile projects including the Indian Heritage Centre Museum. His expertise includes cost planning and modelling, feasibility studies, estimating, life-cycle costing, tender evaluation, value management, insurance replacement valuations and full post-contract services including variation assessments and financial reporting.
He has contributed to the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects including commercial offices, hospitality, infrastructure, master planned communities, education, industrial, aged care, childcare, residential developments, heritage restorations, community buildings and subdivisions. Sufian is a Certified Quantity Surveyor and a Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).
