A British trained valuer and Chartered Surveyor, Craig brings over 30 years of experience across diverse real estate portfolio sectors including office, residential, retail, leisure, industrial logistics and change of use opportunities. His comprehensive sector knowledge enables strategic advice across varied property types.
Craig advises major Australian and international organisations on real estate strategies that support operational needs and maximise investment returns. His expertise spans end-to-end transaction advisory, including pre-sale due diligence and value analysis, corporate property strategy development, strategic asset planning, acquisition and transaction management, asset management, lease regearing and divestment, transaction structuring for capital and partnership negotiations, property acquisition management, project feasibility analysis, and accommodation identification and lease negotiation.
Craig is an Associate Member and Registered Valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
