Charter Keck Cramer is proud to have acted as Transaction Advisor in the successful sale of 69 Webster Street, Nedlands - a 1.82-hectare, heritage listed former school site in Perth’s prestigious western suburbs.
Following the closure of the school, supported by Charter Keck Cramer and a team of specialist consultants, the vendor commenced a comprehensive engagement and planning process to consider potential uses for the former school site, and position it for a future sale – exploring a range of options in the interests of shaping the best outcome.
The process was structured to ensure the responsible and appropriate sale of the land, to a buyer that would deliver a quality outcome for the site that aligned with community aspiration and needs.
Following a targeted off-market campaign, the property sold to leading provider Hall & Prior Health and Aged Care Group, with plans to develop a first-class health and aged care precinct.
