Lachlan Devine is a Director in Charter Keck Cramer’s Advisory team. Since joining the firm in 2016, Lachlan has developed extensive expertise in delivering strategic property advice to a wide range of clients, including lessors and lessees, passive investors, developers, prospective purchasers and vendors and government authorities.
Lachlan specialises in commercial and retail leasing, asset/site procurement and strategy across Australia’s eastern seaboard. His expertise spans tenant representation, asset identification, advisory services, lease negotiation, rental assessments and submissions, accommodation planning and procurement, investment and development advice as well as project and fit-out advisory. He also advises on both property acquisition and divestment strategies, supporting clients through all stages of the property lifecycle.
Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Environments (Property Major) from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Property from RMIT University.
