Patrick McNulty is a National Director at Charter Keck Cramer, working within Advisory, providing property solutions to a diverse range of clients in the areas of transaction management, highest and best use analysis, accommodation procurement and due diligence.
Patrick draws on his market knowledge having spent 10 years within Melbourne’s Residential Prestige & Projects Valuation team to support client needs within Advisory. Patrick specialises in pre-project due diligence and advisory, cash flow and development feasibility analysis, highest and best use assessment, tailored property strategies for owners and occupiers from private and public sector, transaction structuring and divestment management, acquisition mandates and due diligence and residential development valuation analysis.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation) with Honours from RMIT University. He is a Certified Practicing Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Patrick is a regular guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne, presenting on property development fundamentals, feasibility and case studies and is a member of the company’s Environmental, Social & Governance Committee.
